Research areas:

Pressure-assisted syntheses of novel materials;

Nanocrystal growth at extreme (high TP) conditions;

Structural, mechanical, optical, electrical/electronic properties of nano/bulk materials at high pressure;

Development of functional nanomaterials at high pressure;

Environmental nanoscience and nanotechnology.

Qualifications:

Ph. D. degree in chemistry, physics, materials science and engineering, or other relevant areas.

One or more of the research experiences in phase transition, crystal growth, functional materials, environmental nanoscience, high pressure study, synchrotron beamline experiments, and molecular simulations.
