Youjun Zhang

Youjun Zhang (张友君) got the Ph.D. from the Graduate School of Science, Hiroshima University, Japan. Mr. Zhang received his Bachelor degree and Master degree from Northwest Polytechnical University and China Academy of Engineering Physics, respectively. He mainly studies the physical, mechanical, and chemical properties of materials at high pressures and high temperatures, such as metals, alloys, and geological materials. Currently Mr. Zhang's research interests focus on understanding the high-pressure properties of minerals in the Earth's interior and the evolution of the Earth and planets.
