Opening   Ceremony

Director Chen made the prologue,and Academician Mao delivered an opening speech.Director Rongsheng Chen presented the Status and plans of HPSTAR.

Academic  Reports

The staffs of hpstar were giving academic reports.

Six worldleading scientists in high-pressure research gave lectures from high-pressure physics and materials to Earth and planetary sciences.

The lectures provided broad introduction to the high-pressure research field with in-depth insights from each scientist.And led the campers walk into the wonderful world of high-pressure science.

Visit   Laboratory

In the top two pictures,students are visiting the sample loading laboratory , machanical processing laboratory.And the engineers are explaining the FIB(focused ion beam) and  the SR(synchrotron radiation) in the bottom two figures.

Fellow  Association

In the  figures,students are introducing themselves to each other,exchanging the information and enquiring the problems so that they can promote the friendship and know more about HPSTAR.And they also played games in the party . In short , they are enjoying themselves.

Graduation Ceremony

The summer school was successfully.In the end of the graduation ceremony,Mr.Mao issued the certificates to the students.
