工作职责Job responsibilities:

1. Establishing the safety management system;

2. Implementing employee safety training;

3. Assisting in the configuration of laboratory andbuilding safety equipment, protective equipmentand emergency supplies;

4. Carrying out internal safety supervision;

5. When building new labs, assist the PIs in hazardanalysis and implement safety control measures;

6.Handling emergency safety incidents.

1.建立高科安全管理体系，编制安全管理文件；根据高科安全特点，落实高科安全管理的各项措施；

2.实施员工安全培训；

3.协助配置实验室和大楼的安全设备、防护用品和应急用品；

4.实施内部安全监督、检查和隐患排查，跟进落实隐患整改措施；接受上级主管部门和地方主管部门的安全监督检查；

5.新建实验室时，协助PI实施危险源分析，落实安全控制措施；

6.紧急安全事件处置。
